About
Built module by module, inside a real institution.
e-Field Office began as a way to know whether field visits to training institutions actually happened. It grew into a platform because the next question was always the same: can we trust the numbers behind it?
How we build
Three habits that run through every module.
- Traceable by default
- Every entry records who did it and when. Reports open down to the source record, so a question from an auditor has an answer in a few clicks.
- Approvals that can't be skipped
- Where money or pay is involved, the system enforces a second person. It is a rule in the software, not a policy in a drawer.
- Modules that stand alone
- Each module has its own database and sign-in. You can adopt one without the rest, and sensitive data such as salaries stays apart from everything else.
Where we are
Live today, and what comes next.
The range will keep growing. Procurement and vendor management are the natural next modules after audit.

Proven at BBSHRRDB.
The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research and Development Board, under the Universities and Boards Department, Government of Sindh, is the first institution to run e-Field Office. Its feedback shapes every release.
Where we work
We are based in Pakistan and deliver remotely to institutions in other countries. If you run a public body, an NGO or a programme office and recognise the problems above, we'd like to hear from you.
